Mark Carroll, PE

Senior Civil Engineer

Mr. Carroll has over 45 years of experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction of public works and private sector development projects. Prior to joining DMc Engineering, Mr. Carroll served as City Engineer for the City of Irvine and has extensive experience working with planning and engineering departments across multiple Orange County agencies. He is highly experienced in all areas of map approvals and managing plan reviews. 

Bruce Lindemann

Senior Inspector / Project Manager

Mr. Lindemann has over 35 years of experience providing plan review and inspection of private development and public agency capital improvement projects. His many years of experience inspecting and managing projects enables him to provide valuable insight into improved constructability and value engineering for DMc Engineering's clients. 

David Gould

Senior Engineer

Mr. Gould has over 40 years of experience in the design and construction of public works and civil engineering projects. Prior to joining DMc Engineering, Mr. Gould was the Director of Engineering and Operations for the Crescenta Valley Water District, where he was responsible for management of engineering and operations departments, including capital improvement projects, facilities maintenance, water supply, water quality, wastewater collection, and supervision of personnel. 

 Uzo Okereke, PhD, PE, QSD/QSP

Engineer / Project Manager

Mr. Okereke is a multi-disciplinary engineer with over 45 years of experience. His broad expertise enables him to maintain a comprehensive overview of projects related to design, environmental, and regulatory considerations. Mr. Okereke possesses deep expertise in storm water design, including preparation and review of Hydrology and Hydraulic Reports, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Water Quality Management Plans, and Sewer and Water Master Plans. 

Michael Benedict, PLS

Professional Land Surveyor

Mr. Benedict has over 45 years of experience in surveying, mapping, and boundary analysis. His expertise includes ALTA/NSPS surveys, parcel and tract maps, legal descriptions, and right-of-way analysis.

Eugen Alexandrescu

Engineer

Mr. Alexandrescu specializes in civil drafting, surveying support, and CAD production. He prepares base maps, tract maps, parcel maps, and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D, supporting both engineering and survey teams.

James Cox

Associate Engineer

James assists with CAD design and civil engineering plan preparation, supporting the production of construction documents and technical drawings for project delivery.

Ali Bayat

Associate Engineer

Ali supports civil engineering design and plan production, assisting with construction documents and coordination for public works and private development projects.

Lisa Abraham

Accounting Manager

Lisa has been with DMc Engineering since 2005 and manages accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, project setup, and financial reporting. She brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and office management across multiple industries. 

 Holly Ferguson

Document Control / Coordinator

Holly manages document control, submittals, and agency coordination for project deliverables. She ensures accurate tracking of plan reviews, approvals, and correspondence with public agencies. 

 Debbie McGregor

Contract Administrator

Debbie has been with DMc since 1988 and provides general administrative support including office coordination and project documentation assistance.

Chantel Nelson

Administrative Support

Provides administrative and operational support for daily office functions and client coordination.

Pamela Southwell

Administrative Support

Provides administrative assistance supporting office operations and client service functions.
